Procedural Writing

Ingredients: 

 

3 x Cups Flour

1 x Cups Wholemeal flowers 

(pinch) Salt

4 x TBSP Sugar

21/2 x Cups of Warm Milk

4 x TBSP Fresh Cream

1 x TBSP Vanilla essence 

4 Eggs

2 x TBSP yeast

 

Equipment:

 

2 x Bowls

Table Spoons

1x Pot 

1x Wooden Spoon 

 

With one bowl put  3 cups of plain flour and with 1 cup of Wholemeal flour and add a pinch of salt into the mixture. And with a pot put Warm Milk (Not Boiled) then four tablespoons of sugar in the milk mixture also with four tablespoons of coconut cream. Then add bit of Cream into the milk mixture then add vanilla 

Essence to the milk mixture and with 1 tablespoon of oil also with 2 tablespoons of yeast. Next mix the milk Mixture well and with the milk mixture, tip it into the flour mixture. And with a small bowl crack 4 eggs into it and mix well then pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Next mix the flour mixture and mix it well

(tip: use your hands to mix it or use a wooden spoon too). After 1/2 minute of mixing the mixture leave the mixture 3-4 minutes for it to rise. After 3 – 4 minutes get a sheet and make ball shapes with the mixture and lay it down on the sheet and shape into doughnuts. After that with oil, put it into a pot and heat it up (250 Fahrenheit) and deep fry your doughnuts. And now you got Cook Island doughnuts.
